FAQ

Q: Where are you located? And is there parking?
Our address is 50 Bridge St in Manchester NH (2nd floor – Suite 200). We are in the Gerber Dental building located between Elm St and Chestnut St. We offer convenient, free parking in the back of the building, off Pearl St. (Look for the Manchester Sports PT black stakes in the lot closest to building)
Q: How long are the appointments?
The first appointment is approximately one hour. After that, they can range anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how you feel.
Q: What kind of insurances do you take?

We take most insurances. If there is a question as to whether we take your insurance, please call us or your insurance company. If the insurance company can not find Manchester Sports & Physical Therapy, please check under Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network, our affiliate.

Q: What can I expect on my first visit?
The therapist will ask you about the history of your injury. Depending on your injury, we may take measurements, and depending on your pain level, we may even start treatment on your first visit.
Q: What do I need to bring with me to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, insurance card, workers comp/auto insurance info, the script or referral from the doctor referring you, and if you have an HMO, please bring a copy of your referral from your Primary Care Physician if you do not already have one.
Q: What should I wear?
Something comfortable, loose, easily movable for us to be able to get to the area in pain.
For Example: if you are coming in for knee pain, please bring or wear shorts, or baggy pants that can be pulled up over the knee.
Q: I want to pay my Co Pay…do you take credit or debit cards? Do you take the Flexible Spending Account card from my insurance company?

Yes. We accept all forms of credit card payments. Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Amex and FSA cards.

Q: If I have to cancel my appointment, will I be charged?
No, we do not charge for canceling appointments. But we would really appreciate a phone call if you are going to miss your appointment.
Q: How do I found out if I have a co pay, co-insurance, or a deductible for physical therapy?
Call your insurance company. Their number is usually on the back of the insurance card.
Tell them you are going for Out-Patient Physical Therapy and they will tell you what you will be expected to pay.
We will also try to have your insurance information verified on your first visit.
